Xplor Technologies - Product Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design

Job Responsibilities : - Design new products and enhancements, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and technical constraints. - Develop visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows, process flows, and site maps for user interface designs. - Showcase strong UX and UI solutions, managing initiatives from product discovery to continuous improvements. - Provide feedback on existing and newly developed user experiences to the engineering team. - Maintain and develop design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in digital products, in collaboration with the Practice Head. - Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. - Resolve complex design and user experience issues in collaboration with peers and managers. Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and experience with design systems and components. - High proficiency in Figma, including component creation, prototyping, and collaboration features. - Exposure to Adobe XD and Illustrator; basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces. - Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth (ref:hirist.tech)
