Data Engineer - Azure Data Services

Responsibilities : - Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and other relevant Azure data tools. - Implement data warehousing and data lake solutions on Azure, including Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage. - Develop ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Azure data stores. - Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability. - Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate data solutions. - Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest Azure data technologies and best practices. Requirements : - Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices. - Proven experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage. - Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts. - Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. - Familiarity with scripting languages ( Python, PowerShell). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
