Work Mode : Hybrid(3 days - WFO, 2 - WFH), Shift Timings : 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST Job Description : - Technical knowledge in database development methodologies, design and implementation and basic database administration skills/experience (procedures for change control, test and production release). - 7 years Database Administration experience - Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Experience with backups, restores and recovery models. - Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery options for database technologies. - Experience migrating on-prem environments to public cloud (Azure-preferred) - Knowledge of best practices in the areas of application design, performance, security, scalability and maintainability - Excellent analytical and design skills. - Good skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation. - Excellent understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance. - An awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans is necessary (ref:hirist.tech)
