Senior Microsoft Application Architect - Power Platform

Key Responsibilities : Application Design & Architecture : - Lead the architecture and design of scalable and robust web applications using Microsoft and low-code technologies. - Ensure that solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements, delivering high-quality results. - Drive technical standards, best practices, and design patterns for web application development and workflow Development : - Develop complex applications and workflows using Power Platform tools, including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies. - Lead the automation of business processes, ensuring streamlined operations through low-code solutions. - Establish and enforce coding standards and development best practices for the team, ensuring maintainable and efficient code. Data Integration : - Integrate data from various sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs, to create cohesive and well-functioning applications. - Build data models and workflows that enable seamless data flow between systems and applications. - Ensure efficient, secure, and scalable data integration in all Leadership : - Serve as a technical leader, offering solution-oriented guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Provide direction on complex issues, leveraging technical expertise to adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and technical : Technical Expertise : - 10 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on Microsoft - technologies (such as.NET, C#, Azure, SQL Server). - 5 years of experience working with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). - Strong knowledge of web application development, including front-end and back-end design, security, scalability, and performance optimization. - Proficiency in data integration using Microsoft and third-party platforms, APIs, and & Communication : - Proven experience as a technical leader with the ability to mentor, lead teams, and drive business outcomes through technical solutions. - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work in agile development environments, providing strategic leadership and technical Qualifications : - Microsoft Certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or other related fields. - Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure AI. - Experience with cloud-based integration and Azure DevOps.
