Mobile Engineering Manager - Java/SWIFT

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mobile Manager to lead our mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly, and innovative mobile solutions. Responsibilities : 1. Manage and lead a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and project oversight. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to define mobile app requirements, roadmaps, and development priorities. 3. Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies for mobile app development. 4. Ensure the adherence to quality standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements across all mobile projects. 5. Oversee the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance. 6. Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in the mobile development space, and drive the adoption of new practices and tools. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery. 9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations effectively. 10. Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the mobile development team. Knowledge of React Js is a plus. Qualifications : 1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. 2. Extensive hands-on experience with both Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. 3. Proficient in native mobile development frameworks, tools, and IDEs (e.g., Android Studio, Xcode, Flutter, React Native). 4. Strong understanding of mobile app architectures, design patterns, and best practices. 5. Experience with mobile app deployment, distribution, and lifecycle management. 6. Familiarity with mobile app performance optimization, security, and testing methodologies. 7. Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and third-party integrations related to mobile app development. 8. Experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools. 9. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. 10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
