Bharuwa Solutions - Senior ERP Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Consultant with a strong background in Manufacturing ERP systems, specifically within the Discrete and Process Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 12 years of experience in ERP implementation, customization, and support. Proficiency in SAP, Navision, and Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of key business processes such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Finance modules. Key Responsibilities : ERP Implementation & Customization : - Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, specifically in manufacturing domains. - Customize ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle) to suit the unique business requirements of the organization. - Provide technical and functional expertise during project execution and post-implementation support. Process Optimization : - Analyze, design, and optimize key business processes, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Financial operations. - Ensure seamless integration of these processes into the ERP system to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Stakeholder Management : - Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (Finance, Operations, SCM) to gather requirements and ensure ERP solutions meet their needs. - Provide training, workshops, and ongoing support to end-users to enhance ERP adoption across the organization. Testing & Troubleshooting : - Conduct thorough system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues arising during and after ERP implementation, ensuring timely resolution. Documentation : - Maintain detailed documentation of system customizations, configurations, and business process workflows. - Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for future reference. Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP systems and manufacturing processes. - Recommend and implement system upgrades and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 6 to 12 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on Manufacturing ERP in both Discrete and Process Manufacturing domains. - Expertise in SAP, Navision, and Oracle ERP systems is preferred. - In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Finance modules. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, including customization and troubleshooting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - ERP certification in SAP, Navision, or Oracle is a plus. - Previous experience working in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable (ref:hirist.tech)
