UX/UI Lead - Figma/Sketch

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the design strategy for our omni-commerce and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, especially in the fintech domain. Key Responsibilities : - Design Leadership : Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. - User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. - Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on design objectives and deliver user-centered solutions. - Design Systems : Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. - Performance Optimization : Analyze user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the user experience and interface design. - Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the design team. Requirements : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Experience : 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects in omni-commerce, e-commerce, or fintech domains. Skills : - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Diversity Preference : We encourage applications from candidates of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
