SAP BTP Administrator

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of SAP BTP services, contributing to the overall digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities : - SAP BTP Administration : Manage and administer SAP BTP services, including configurations, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - User Management : Oversee user roles, authorizations, and security settings within SAP BTP, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. - Monitoring and Performance Tuning : Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning measures for improved efficiency and reduced downtime. - Integration Management : Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP BTP with other enterprise systems and ensure data flow consistency across applications. - Incident and Problem Resolution : Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving SAP BTP-related issues and work with SAP support if needed. - Upgrades and Patches : Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the BTP environment up-to-date and secure. - Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including setup configurations, process workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with various departments to understand their requirements and provide support in implementing BTP-based solutions to meet business needs. - Training and Support : Provide technical training and guidance to internal teams on using and maximizing the potential of SAP BTP. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP BTP Administrator or in a similar role. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in SAP BTP and its components, including SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA, and SAP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of SAP's security and identity management within BTP. - Experience with monitoring tools and techniques for proactive issue resolution. - Knowledge of scripting and automation for SAP BTP (e.g., JavaScript, Python). - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid environment integrations. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. - High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP BTP certification or related SAP certifications. - Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA integrations on BTP. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
