Java Developer - J2EE/Spring Boot

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, collaborating closely with both business and technical teams. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying Java-based solutions, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance systems. Role & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. - Develop object-oriented solutions following OOP principles, ensuring code is clean, maintainable, and efficient. - Work on relational databases (such as SQL) to design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval solutions. - Perform technical analysis, gather requirements, and transform business requirements into technical specifications. - Write and execute test scripts to ensure the robustness and quality of the developed solutions. - Conduct thorough debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of medium-to-complex technical issues independently. - Work closely with the Business Solutions team to support and complete on-demand work requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. - Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, project estimation, planning, execution, go-live, and post-launch support. - Ensure adherence to data and reporting standards, and contribute to the development and implementation of necessary standards for the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of developed components. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by resolving technical issues with minimal supervision. - Provide clear and concise technical documentation and communicate effectively with both functional and technical teams. Preferred Candidate Profile : - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field. - 2-3 years of overall experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, OOP principles, RESTful APIs, and relational databases. - In-depth hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and Spring Boot. - Solid understanding and practical experience with JUnit for unit testing. - Ability to write efficient and clean code, and apply strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively with Business, Functional, and Technical teams.
