Job Description As the Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small multidiscipline team to perform a wide range of eBOP & Civil BOP O&M activities. Your role will involve overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Lead and supervise a team of technical personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain required training certifications and ensure team members are adequately trained to perform their assigned tasks. Utilise your high voltage training certification to oversee electrical operations and ensure safety protocols are followed. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to effectively manage and report on technical operations. Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet project deadlines. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Travel to other operational site locations for work and/or training, as required. Supervise external service providers and ensure quality of work meets company standards. Utilise your expertise in mechanical and electrical plant equipment, communications, and control systems to optimise energy generation assets. Apply your knowledge of reporting systems to analyse data and make informed decisions. Required Skills and Competencies About You High school education or equivalent, college degree preferred. Minimum three years of experience as a technical supervisor or similar role. Prior people leadership experience. High voltage training certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in adverse weather conditions and confined spaces. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Experience with SGA/WMS, Enablon, and Maximo systems preferred. In compliance with the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act 2018, this role is defined as a critical worker and labelled at ACCIONA Energía as a Privileged Access Worker (PAW). Privileged Access Workers (PAWs) are required to obtain satisfactory results from Acciona's Suitability Assessment prior to commencement; this forms part of our standard pre-employment checks.
