Here's what our recruitment process looks like: Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you Interviews: The average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience. Recruitment and Management of your team of consultants: As a manager, you will recruit your own team (find and attract the best talents with the right expertise and skillset), then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills. Management of your BU: You are responsible for the well-being of your business unit, and so as in any company, your objective is to handle this responsibly and pilot the activity safely. By joining our offices, you will join the team of a Senior Manager, who will coach and mentor you on a daily basis, and support you at any time Ideal Candidate: We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who want to push themselves beyond the limit, attracted by challenges, self-starters and highly ambitious: Graduated with a master’s degree in Business or Engineering Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver Structured and organized, but also with a competitive and entrepreneurial character Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity The compensation package includes a fixed and a variable portion, directly linked to your results and that rewards success in a very significant way.
