To strengthen our global marketing team at Fidia's headquarters in Abano Terme, we are looking for a Global Senior Product Manager – Derma Care You'll lead the marketing management of the new Derma Care portfolio that consists of innovative HA-based solutions for the daily care treatment of patients with pathological skin conditions; developing strategy, defining the go-to-market model, supporting seamless global commercialization, and ensuring continuity of the pipeline. Main responsibilities: Lead annual planning cycles and generate business plans, launch readiness plans aligning all functional groups behind a common goal. Prepare annual operating plan, marketing communication materials and platforms with external agencies, ensuring efficient use of the digital ecosystem with a customer-centric approach. Oversee development of product claims, together with PMs and medical affairs. Lead design and implementation of customer training programs in collaboration with medical affairs teams and consultant doctors. Identify patient touch points and prepare insight-based patient communication materials. Represent the category during medical conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits. Lead product development (or acquisition) decisions for current and future products; determine the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements. Maintain strong therapy and product knowledge; support internal (sales force and distributors) education programs and product trainings as required. Work closely with affiliate marketing and management teams to ensure strategic alignment, providing support upon request and effectively manage direct reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or medical specialties and preferably an MBA. At least 5 years of work experience in the role, preferably with international exposure. At least 2 years of experience in Dermatology portfolio management, preferably in topicals or cosmetics segment. Preferable experience with effective use of digital marketing tools and direct-to-consumer communication. Fluency in English. Planning and organizational skills, analytical skills and result orientation, as well as creative thinking. Our offer: Open-ended contract. “A” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective contract. Salary between € 52,000 and € 60,000 and short-term incentives based on the achievement of objectives. Company car. Collective Bonus and company Welfare.
