This position reports to Service Project Management Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will lead the execution of small to medium-size projects activities either in office or on site ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, contract specifications, as well as schedule commitments throughout all of its phases from the Kick off up to the commissioning and final handover to the Customer. The work model for the role is: LI-Hybryd. This role is contributing to the Marine & Ports Division in Italy. You will be mainly accountable for: Following ABB policies and business ethics and working in accordance with ABB procedures using applicable tools. Ensuring quality in all the assigned tasks. Managing the project development from Kick Off Meeting to invoice and cash collection phases, passing through procurement via SAP, activity planning /coordination and logistic arrangement. Acting as point of reference for the project team during the project execution. Acting as key contact for the Customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining relationships either with internal or external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all of them. Managing all required reporting and documentation, ensuring all necessary data is registered in a timely manner in the system. Travelling on-site whenever needed during any project phase. Qualifications for the role Basic knowledge on automation/software and Electro-Technical topics. Basic experience in industrial and real-time processes with particular focus on power generation and distribution. Innovative around problem solving with a target-oriented mindset. Degree in Engineering. At ease communicating in Italian and English. Availability to travel worldwide with a short pre-notice. What's in it for you?
