Impact: Regional Typical Tasks: Set up and lead the projects according to QWS targets Lead the cross-functional teams with the right attitude and behavior Guide the teams through critical situations Responsibility: Set up cross-functional team and governance for the different projects. Lead the cross-functional teams towards the goal. Cascade project objectives to sub-project level and execute overall quality control for each sub-project. Interface: Key members from Customer base & Project members from Inalfa & Supplier base. Scope: Responsible for planning and execution of projects involving more than 10 resources Set scope of priorities within the portfolio and manage project dependencies Manage triple constraint within area of responsibility Develop and agree on key roles and responsibilities matrices for global team members Support the PMO with overall global Program Management standards Specific Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical degree is required More than 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years leading projects 5 years of experience with Automotive at a Tier 1 supplier at OEM level Functional Competencies and Skills: Creates and executes program work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams without formal authority Effectively applies and enforces standardized work practices and internal procedures Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills Knowledge of customer-specific systems and procedures Ability to identify program risks and develop appropriate countermeasures Can provide effective oral and written reports to internal executive management and customer representatives Demonstrated problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changes quickly Organized and professional demeanor with demonstrated leadership ability Demonstrated financial program management experience in the use and application of the PCF Ability to travel internationally as required Understanding of general customer requirements for PPAP/APQP/ISIR What can you expect from us?
