Cyber Security Specialist

As a vital member of our CISO office team, you’ll collaborate with the CISO, SOC, and other key players to set objectives, implement cutting-edge security measures, and ensure their daily execution. Your mission: to provide expert guidance and practical, achievable goals that keep our IT Security robust and continually advancing. If you have a passion for safeguarding digital landscapes and driving security progress, this role is for you YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE: Leading and coordinating SOC in incident response and vulnerability management; Overseeing security technologies like M365 Security and Microsoft Defender; Designing and optimizing security tools and systems, including SIEM; Collaborating with the CISO team for security assessments and improvements; Enhancing security awareness through mentoring and training; Staying updated on emerging security trends and sharing best practices; Providing cybersecurity guidance and recommendations across IT projects; Managing and coordinating the reporting and monitoring for stakeholders; Participating in the selection and evaluation of security solutions; Identifying and addressing cyber security gaps in existing and proposed projects. WHO YOU ARE: You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field (InfoSec is a plus); You have done something similar for at least 5 years; You bring a strong technical background with expertise in cloud security; You excel in identifying and mitigating security risks; You’re adept with essential security tools like M365, Sentinel, Intune, SIEM, and IAM; Your expertise includes securing network architectures (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS); You thrive in managing priorities independently; You communicate effectively with senior stakeholders; You’re eager to tackle new challenges and continuously expand your skills; You have managed vendors and security service providers; Your customer service mindset ensures client satisfaction; You understand and apply data privacy laws and regulations; Even better if you hold industry certifications such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, or COBIT; You speak English and Italian fluently.
