Purpose of Position: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team in the B2B food sector, specializing in semi-finished products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Manager will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization and enhance customer satisfaction. Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities: Product Testing: Coordinate and supervise testing procedures for semi-finished products, ensuring that all specifications and standards are met. Analysis: Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials upon receipt to ensure they meet quality specifications and safety standards and perform quality checks and sensory evaluations on finished products. Quality of processes: Monitor production processes in real-time to ensure adherence to quality standards, including conducting regular inspections and testing during manufacturing. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate quality documentation, including specifications, inspection reports, and compliance records. Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for customer quality inquiries and complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Audits: Prepare for and conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate mainly with R&D and production teams. People management: Manage a team of 4 people. Requirements: Education: Degree in Food Science & Technologies. Professional Skills: Advanced knowledge in Quality standards and analysis within the food B2B sector. Preferably with experience in people management. Experience: 4 years of experience in quality management within food companies, preferably in chocolate manufacturing. Language Skills: English language knowledge is mandatory (at least B2). Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Behavioral Requirements: People management, Team player, self-motivated, desire to take on new challenges. Achievement-oriented (timeline-driven, detail-oriented, good planning, and negotiation skills). Adaptable and flexible, must be able to adapt to fast-changing environments. Ability to build internal/external strategic relationships.
