What you will do?
The Quality Tech Solutions Systems Specialist will be part of a hard-working, impactful team. This role offers the chance to work in an environment where your contributions will have a genuine impact on the delivery of industry leading electronic Quality Management Systems Solutions that support our clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement solutions in the Veeva Quality Suite to given specifications.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and agree system requirements.
- Provide support and problem-solving solutions for system-related issues.
- Maintain strict attention to detail in all system updates and configurations.
- Perform various aspects of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle such as requirements writing, change control management and testing.
How will you get there?
Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area.
- Demonstrable experience with Veeva Configuration and computer systems validation.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaborative abilities and a team-oriented approach.
- A dedication to delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
