Job Description

As an Account Manager LATAM, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicate with partners, provide support, and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide information about new products or promotions.
• Monitor clients’ activity on the platform and analyze customer behavior data.
• Work on increasing and retaining customers by offering personalized deals and running promotional campaigns.
• Cooperate with other departments within the company, such as marketing, design, finance, and technical support.
• Present company products and services on business trips and conferences.

The Successful Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a B2B Account Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency or bilingual, Portuguese is a plus.
• Exceptional knowledge of digital platforms, including Hubspot, Jira, Confluence.
• Willingness to travel for business trips and events.
