Hardware Architect – Automotive – Munich

Are you a experienced hardware expert looking to take on a new challenge? Are you passionate about working on the forefront of innovation within the automotive industry? A prolific company within the field of complex electronic systems for the automotive industry is seeking a Hardware Architect to join the team at their Munich headquarters.

As part of the technically outstanding development department, your role will include the following:

• Entirety of the hardware development process for automotive ECUs

• Requirements engineering in collaboration with other technical teams as well as external stakeholders

• Design and implementation of hardware architecture and technical leadership of the hardware team

• Contribution to the planning of new projects and continuous implementation of new technologies and procedures

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of professional hardware development experience in the automotive industry

• Extensive understanding of circuit design and layout as well as control devices

• Previous experience with – or a keen interest in – hardware architecture

• Knowledge of automotive functional safety concepts

• Fluent (min. B2-level) German and English language skills
