Job Description:
As a Software Architect with us, you'll be the driving force behind:
Framework Development:
- Engage in Android framework and application development, from inception to execution. This includes requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
Testing & Validation:
- Craft custom tests and validations for Android applications. Seamlessly integrate platform APIs into Android testing applications.
Collaborative Prowess:
- Collaborate seamlessly, analyzing requirements, and crafting solutions for Android Automotive-based IVI HMI application functions. You'll review and refine solutions, encompassing code and design while offering creative alternatives.
Requirements Analysis:
- Lead requirements analysis, solution development, implementation, and functional verification for Android-based IVI applications.
Integration Wizardry:
- Manage various components along the development journey of Android-based IVI HMI applications, ensuring flawless integration.
Testing Strategy:
- Implement meticulously defined unit and integration test strategies, create robust test cases, and document results achieved.
Connectivity Expertise:
- Validate framework APIs for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi platforms, covering the entire connectivity lifecycle. This includes individual profile connections, processing signals (e.g., door status and occupancy data), and enabling BLE advertising, simple GATT servers, and simple L2CAP servers.
Customer Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with customers, engage in nearshore activities, including the deployment of software onto hardware for thorough testing.
Your Strengths:
- Proficiency in Android Jetpack.
- Experience with Linux.
- Knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
- Adept in using the Android SDK and navigating the Android framework.
- Experience in manual and automated testing, preferably with APPIUM.
- Familiarity with GIT and JIRA.
- Deep understanding of connectivity, especially Bluetooth and USB.
- Proficiency with Confluence.
- Exposure to Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies.
- Fluency in German (at least C1 level).
- Strong command of English (at least C1 level)
