This reputable company is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2-5 years of experience to support diverse civils, water infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and England. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and appoint sub-contractors; manage sub-contractor packages from appointment to final account. Take the lead on client-facing commercial matters, including valuations and variations. Prepare monthly cost reports in alignment with project budgets. Collaborate with Contracts Managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and address any cost-related issues proactively. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline. 2-5 years post-graduate experience, ideally within residential and commercial projects. Strong estimating skills with experience in negotiating and pricing variations. Knowledge of JCT/NEC/PWC contracts. Proficiency in IT and a valid driving license. Skills: Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation abilities. Strong negotiation and communication skills. High commercial awareness in a fast-paced environment.
