Job Description
A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for a Product Quality Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing support and guidance to users on quality assurance processes, SAP systems and BI tools
* Managing the setup of new users
* Performing regular reviews to ensure system security
* Leading the development and testing of new tolls and dashboards
* Collaborating with internal teams to manage software releases and change cycles
* Managing SAP/QM configurations
* Exploring and applying AI and data analytics techniques to develop quality management solutions
The Successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience in product quality management
* Excellent communication skills
* Working knowledge of ERP systems
* Experience delivering results to tight deadlines
* Experience managing multiple projects at once
