About the Role:
As a Senior Vue.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating modern Progressive Web Applications and delivering robust applications and websites. You will work closely with a talented team of front-end, back-end, and database developers, contributing not only your technical skills but also your experience in fostering effective communication and motivation within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evolve and scale existing platforms through informed technical decisions.
* Conceptualize and develop exciting user-facing features.
* Create reusable libraries and efficient code for the broader team's future projects.
* Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
* Manage Pull Requests, ensuring alignment with team workflow and deadlines.
* Enhance internal processes for improved performance and usability of platforms.
* Identify and resolve performance-related issues on web and mobile applications.
* Uphold security standards and proactively address vulnerabilities.
* Stay updated with innovations in JavaScript and apply them to enhance our competitive edge.
* Mentor team members to foster growth and understanding of JavaScript best practices.
* Cultivate a positive, innovative work environment that inspires excellence.
Essential Skills:
* Proficient in ES6, JavaScript, and Vue.js / Vue 3
* Strong knowledge of web markup (HTML & CSS).
* Experience with asynchronous request handling (REST or GraphQL).
* Familiarity with front-end build tools (Vite, Webpack, CLIs).
* Proficient in Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
* Experience with npm for package management and understanding browser rendering behavior.
