Shift Electrician
£56,700 + up to 4% annual bonus
2 Days-2 Nights / 4 off

We have an exciting opportunity working for one of the largest FM companies in the UK covering an impressive Data Centre site over multiple floors with a team of engineers. On site you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance as well as some critical engineering. This site has a mixture of Plant Room, Generators, Chillers and UPS Systems.
This role is idea for anyone looking for their next natural progressive step in FM or an experienced data centre engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities
* CAFM system use
* Client relations
* Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded
* Adhere to all company policies and processes
* Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to facilities manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation
* Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings
* Assist with any project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery
* Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner
