ATA Recruitment are exclusively working with a global leading provider of materials handling solutions with offices Worldwide including Sweden, Netherlands, Australia, and the USA.

Founded in 1975 our client has been a leader in state-of-the-art technological solutions for the water treatment sector, they provide a full turnkey model from the initial consultation to then design, build, and installation. Due to increase market demand, they are searching for an Installation Engineer to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

As an Installation Engineer at, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our equipment at client sites. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet client specifications.

As an Installation Engineer your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Review project plans and technical drawings to understand installation requirements.
  • Perform mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all necessary materials and tools are available.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential challenges and plan installation activities.
  • Assemble and install Spirac equipment, including conveyors, screening systems, and other solid handling solutions.
  • Conduct functional tests and commissioning procedures to verify proper operation of installed equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including progress reports and issue logs.

The Candidate:

To be successful in your application for the Installation Engineer role you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK Drivers Licence.
