What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be the go-to person, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From maintaining office facilities, handling HR duties, liaising with external auditors, to making sure the team has everything they need, you’ll play a vital role in the company’s operations. You’ll also be managing stock levels, overseeing security contracts, and keeping everything organised and on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years' experience in office / practice management, ideally within a team of 40+ employees.
• Someone who’s people-focused, a strong communicator, and thrives on taking the initiative.
• You’ll need to be tech-savvy, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Experience in a law firm setting is an added advantage
