Job Description
- Experience leading agile teams in a live software development environment
- Skilled in dependency management, workshop facilitation
- Technical literacy and understanding of: release management, branching, environment strategies
- Proficiency with: requirements analysis, user story definition, work management, reporting, Jira, Confluence
- Experience working in a blended team with multiple suppliers and delivery partners
- Leading a dedicated squad delivering CSMS changes required to enable the Personalised Self-Sampling initiative
- Delivery management of 1 agile development squad
- Coordination of requirements analysis, user story definition
- Coordination of integration between CSMS and Personalised Services (Dynamics CRM)
- Coordination of delivery and release management as part of the core CSMS delivery roadmap
- Regular reporting to Personalised Self-Sampling leadership group
- Healthecare experience
