Job Description

We are on the lookout for an MDM Architect.


Our ideal candidate should be passionate about Data & AI and have a deep understanding of the relevant technologies.


You will have the opportunity to work, lead, and take on responsibilities in challenging engagements, gaining exposure to clients in a variety of industries across Europe.


You must possess.

1. Possess 12 to 17 years of work experience at a reputable Data & AI services firm.

2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling.

3. 15+ years of technical knowledge in the field of Master Data Management.

4. 10+ Years MDM analysis, design, development, administration, support, and integration experience (e.g., Profisee, Atacama, Informatica MDM/360, Reltio, Semarchy, etc.).

5. Proficiency in reviewing designs independently, lead code reviews, and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Hands on and expert on data analysis within and outside a data warehouse, data consolidation, or data management / governance.

7. Good knowledge of SQL, experience with relational databases.

8. Practical experience in designing application architecture.

9. Ability to prepare high quality client documentation and presentations.

10. Should hold relevant technical certifications from Profisee or other MDM tools.

11. Work closely with the pre-sales, account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expanding existing projects.


Good to have.

• Possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Decision Sciences.

• Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.

• Engage with clients effectively and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.

• Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.

• Contribute to the development of solutions and automation accelerators, and mentor emerging Data & AI talent.

• Willing to travel up to 10 to 15%, primarily within Europe.
