The Role:

Providing operational support and analysis for a market-leading asset manager, ensuring the smooth running of business functions across the operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the department manager and team, ensuring key projects are delivered to plan.
• Reviewing leases and property title documents and completing due diligence for property acquisitions, general homeowner, solicitor or third party queries and projects; updating the database with accurate information as appropriate, working to deadlines.
• Producing database and Excel reporting, preparing analysis to a high standard of accuracy, within tight timescales.
• Reviewing and extracting information from multiple sources including property leases, HM Land Registry and public databases.
• Reconciling large volumes of property and customer data, analysing and updating the database.
• Providing operational support to team members across the business on a daily basis.
• Reviewing procedures, making recommendations for improvements and developing and implementing business processes.

Person Specification:

• Degree or similar qualification.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role with data analysis.
• Able to show accuracy and speed when entering data into a database, and copying from written and oral sources.
• Able to communicate effectively, help provide accurate information, and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
