Job Description
Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a global Med-Tech leader who are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Plymouth.
This is a Monday-Friday Days role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-speed assembly machines at optimal performance, driving improvements through planned and reactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
As the Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the output of high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include maintaining automated assembly machines, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, liaising with external partners, and supporting the resolution of quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
* Monitor equipment performance and provide technical input to maintain and improve process yields and efficiencies.
* Collaborate with the Projects Team to implement equipment changes and upgrades.
* Fault find and maintain automated equipment, continually improving systems and processes.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records in line with stringent quality standards.
To be successful:
* Educated in an Electrical or Mechanical Discipline (ONC, HNC, HND, or degree)
* Experience in an automated manufacturing setting
* Microsoft Proficient
* Maintain high standards of record keeping and adherence to quality systems.
