M&E Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a technology specialist engineering contractor. They have recently secured a large data Centre Construction project near to Cheltenham.
We are looking for an experienced QS with Data Centre Construction Project Experience. The work is mainly Mechanical and Electrical, with some associated Civils and Groundwork. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has broad understanding of these disciplines, with solid DC experience.
The project runs for over a year. This client carries out a substantial amount of similar project work locally in this area and whilst they would prefer to recruit a permanent member of staff, people with the relevant skills looking for a contract basis position will also be considered.
The project involves creating new space, replacement of generators, new LV and HV infrastructure, Chillers and large-scale mechanical equipment, cooling, BMS, Comms, fire, PDU’s, local Groundwork and Civils. etc.
