PACKAGE: £47k, mobile phone, 23 days rising to 28 annual leave + BH, overtime, pension, sick pay

JOB INFORMATION - Site Based Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Electrician
The position is a site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical & electrical PPM's including HVAC plant, plantroom checks, tap temperature readings/flushing, general lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site.
This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of this new prestigious contract in Fulham, several luxury apartment blocks with gyms etc on one siteCOMPANY INFORMATION - Site Based Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Electrician
Reputable and well-established Building Services company specialising in M&E Engineering including commercial gas and HVAC maintenance, electrical services, fire protection and building compliance
The business has secured mutliple new contracts and is expanding the team
Our client has excellent staff retention and is looking for someone honest and reliable to join their "family"CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Site Based Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Electrician
The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good basic knowledge of electrical systems
Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would be offered to the right person.
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
