Job Description
We are working with our client who are a succesful engineering and design consultancy business based in Cramlington in their search for an administrator
You will play a key role in the business managing incoming requests and escalating tasks to the relevant departments/people and general administration duties.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and handle event logistics.
* Maintain records, manage document storage, and ensure secure data access.
* Act as a primary contact for inquiries, manage correspondence, and draft company communications.
* Support executives and teams with research, data collection, and project coordination.
* Process invoices, track budgets, and assist with payroll documentation.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
* Troubleshoot office equipment, coordinate with IT, and manage access to systems.
* Ensure compliance with policies, prepare documentation for audits, and support training on policy changes.
* Manage office inventory, reorder supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and contract negotiations.
* Provide essential support to staff and leadership, handling tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
