**What You Will Do:**
- Lead the UK and Indian Centres of Excellence (COEs) in advanced engineering programs from concept and prototype phase through to production.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and necessary resources, while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Create and maintain essential project documentation, including timing plans and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, providing updates on deliverables, timings, and expenditure against the plan.
- Uphold the highest quality standards across projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
**What You Will Bring:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within a related field.
- Proficiency in New Product Introduction Process (NPI) or equivalent product development processes.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging with all levels of the business.
