Electrical Supervisor
Location: Bolton - Mobile
Salary: Up to £45,000 + van & fuel card

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all maintenance tasks to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
* Review and approve risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
* Issue and close out permits to work
* Develop and maintain PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedules
* Oversee small works projects and coordinate with specialist contractors as needed
* Keep clients informed of all site developments, ensuring top-tier service
Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
* 18th Edition certification
* Strong knowledge of building services
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset
* Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
