The site has received significant investment over the years and due to further expansion in headcount they require an additional Multi-Skilled Engineer.

The Role:
* £53,800 + Bonus (£1000) + Share Scheme + Pension (18% total) + Hols (23 days)
* Shift: 3on / 3off (7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am) --- rotating
* Reporting into an Engineering Team Lead you will work within a large Engineering team.
* You will be tasked with carrying out unplanned and planned maintenance.
* The role will be less focused on being reactive and will focus on making continuous improvements.
* There will be an element of coaching less experienced members of the team.
The Person:
* You will have previously worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Multi-skilled – either bias.
* Be a natural problem solver who has a mind for getting to the root cause of issues.
* An appreciation for continuous improvement.
* Must be either apprenticeship qualified or hold an engineering based NVQ level 3 or better.
