Recruitment Team Lead - Role Summary:


  • Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
  • Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
  • Salary: Competitive + uncapped commission


Responsibilities:

  • Managing Your Desk: Running a permanent recruitment desk focused on social care.
  • Team Leadership: Supporting and motivating a recruitment team to achieve high performance.
  • Target-Driven: Setting and achieving team goals.
  • Innovation: Staying current with trends and driving process improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in permanent desk recruitment, ideally in social care.
  • Leadership or team management experience.
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
