Recruitment Team Lead - Role Summary:
- Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
- Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
- Salary: Competitive + uncapped commission

- Managing Your Desk: Running a permanent recruitment desk focused on social care.
- Team Leadership: Supporting and motivating a recruitment team to achieve high performance.
- Target-Driven: Setting and achieving team goals.

Qualifications:
- Experience in permanent desk recruitment, ideally in social care.
- Leadership or team management experience.
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
