This is a great opportunity where you will report directly to the CEO and steer the business through a major growth-related transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Management and strategic vision for the business finance team.
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to monitor key metrics and payback on capital deployed, as well as drive the improvement of the business unit economics.
• Ensure the Finance team is scaling to meet the requirements of a fast-growing company.
• Coaching & development of the finance team.
• Lead budget and forecast processing, maintaining financial models and standard templates for planning processes.
