New Business Sales Manager - £45,000 – £70,000 (OTE) | South West | Construction | Permanent

We are looking for a New Business Sales Manager who lives for the thrill of closing deals and thrives on hunting for new business.

You will be tasked with representing this innovative access solutions business in the South West region (Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire), selling solutions and closing deals with contractors and developers in the construction sector.

Working remotely, the New Business Sales Manager will build their own pipeline through site visits, cold calling and networking events, ensuring the company becomes the go-to choice for builders in the South West region.

You are a sales driven professional with a proven background of turning leads into contracts, who identifies potential in every interaction and excels in making a real connection with clients. Your work is backed up by an outstanding product solution, an expert technical team and a company that values your drive and ambition.

The basic salary for this one is expected to be around £45,000 - £52,000 with the opportunity to earn up to £20,000 + through their bonus scheme.

Candidates will ideally be based somewhere along the M3 corridor to access all areas within the region.
