• You will have access to the most affluent markets in the UK & Europe. Fee sizes across the business are generally £15k-£62k. There have been a few examples of £100k+ fees recently!
• The business is in a huge growth phase and are looking to triple in size having just opened another key location in Switzerland
• Learning & Development team who provide excellent training to all levels (consultants - managers). Everyone has a training plan personalised to themselves & the market.

What they are looking for:

• Mid to Senior/Principal 360 Consultants
• Ideally from a Tech, Finance, Legal or Professional Services market
• Track records that demonstrate BD wins, confidence with clients and someone with a commercial acumen
