Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant for Elsdon Group within or Tech team!

We are looking for a 360 Recruitment consultant to join our tech team at Elsdon group. We specialise in the US market across multiple tech verticals including ERP, CRM, Robotics & Engineering, AWS, and Finance.

The Role:

• Building strong and lasting relationships within the industry
• Conducting client meetings
• Conducting interviews and screening candidates
• Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry
• Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
• Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years' experience in recruitment
