The Role:

You’ll be a crucial player in driving Daksta’s success. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of growing and maintaining client accounts, winning new business, and hitting targets in a 360 recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and identifying top clients and candidates in your market
• Generating leads and pursuing new business opportunities
• Pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with new clients
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand and meet their recruitment needs
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3-4 years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally in Engineering, Construction, Life Sciences, Semiconductors, or Data Centre markets
• Proven success as a contract or perm biller, with experience managing your own accounts
• Strong business development skills, with experience in cold BD and negotiating terms
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand different routes to market
