Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an EV Engineer to support project delivery, on-site repairs, commissioning, and customer support. This remote-based role involves regular visits to company offices and customer sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and related systems, providing top-tier service with a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service callouts, providing fault resolution and proactive outcomes.
• Commission chargers, solar PV, and battery storage systems (BESS).
• Conduct site surveys and ensure accurate reporting.
• Oversee electrical installations and ensure safety standards are met.
• Perform system assessments and testing procedures for products.
• Support proactive maintenance and optimize charger uptime.

Qualifications:

• City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience with EV, BESS, solar, and renewable energy systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
