What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related area).
• Blockchain Savvy: Hands-on experience with on-chain analytics and data sources like Dune Dashboard, CoinMarketCap, or Glassnode.
• Quantitative Research Expertise: Skilled in methodologies such as time series analysis, machine learning, optimization, and backtesting frameworks.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Logical, resilient, and results-oriented; thrives under pressure and is eager to tackle complex challenges.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Can simplify complex quantitative concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English or Mandarin.
