Finance Manager – Exciting Hospitality SME – Central London (Hybrid) – Up to £70k

Our client, a vibrant hospitality SME based in Central London, is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join their team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a creative, fast-paced environment where you’ll have direct impact on the business and play a key role in driving financial performance and growth.

The Role: As the Finance Manager, you’ll lead the financial operations and partner closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and ensuring the smooth running of all financial processes. Working on a hybrid basis, you’ll split your time between the London office and remote work, giving you flexibility in a role where you can make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Support senior leadership with actionable insights and financial analysis
• Oversee month-end, year-end, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and liaise with external auditors
• Implement and maintain robust financial policies, controls, and systems
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

About You:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Background in hospitality or a similar fast-paced sector is a plus
• Proven experience within an SME, with a proactive and hands-on approach
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with all levels of the business
