Job Title: Fire and Security Systems Engineer

Location: West Midlands

Package: Up to £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain a range of fire and security systems, including Gent & Notifier.
• Travel to various client sites across the West Midlands.
• Identify and report on remedial work opportunities (no direct selling required).
• Respond to call-outs as needed.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus overtime.
• Commission on remedial work identification with 10% of the sale value, capped at £500 per job.
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (with 3 days held for Christmas shutdown).
• Choice of company vehicle: Kangoo van or Octavia Estate.
• Partial paid daily travel (they cover travel time exceeding the first 30 minutes from home at the normal time rate).

Requirements:

• Experience with fire and security systems, preferably including Gent & Notifier systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel regionally and respond to call-outs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
