FP&A Analyst

We are delighted to be working closely with a high growth consultancy business who have just taken on Private-Equity backing! This is an exciting business that has really big growth plans over the coming years and a product that really does good for society. As a result, the business is passionate to build up their finance function with high potential individuals that will play a critical role in supporting their growth objectives.

We're looking for an FP&A professional to come in and be the number 1 in FP&A, to support the business on their growth trajectory. You will be responsible for playing a proactive role in all aspects of commercial finance and will work closely with a Director of FP&A and the CFO. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your FP&A skills and work closely with industry leading professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, including annual planning, P&L forecast, cash flow forecasts, and central department budgets
• Preparing and presenting insightful analysis to key stakeholders
• Assisting in the development and standardisation of key insightful financial and management reports
• Partnering closely with the FD and department heads to optimise strategy
• Be a key business partner to the wider business
• Supporting the business with ad hoc projects

Essential Background:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Understanding of Professional Service metrics
• Advanced use of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communicator
