The Role:

La Fosse is thrilled to partner with a leading finance provider seeking a Head of Data to drive the modernisation of its data operations. You’ll lead the creation of a data strategy, establish frameworks for governance and quality, and prepare the business for future AI capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the data function within a rapidly growing organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading data strategy and transformation
• Strong background in cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
• Expertise in data governance, data quality, and data management
• Proven track record of leading and developing data teams
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within data environments
• Experience building scalable data infrastructure to support business growth
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and align data strategy with business goals
