Do you have a passion for precision engineering, an understanding of manual machining processes, and can work to tight tolerances?
Due to continuous expansion, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Manual Machinist engineer, looking to expand the precision engineering team.
If you have Manual Turner / Turning experience or come from a Toolmaker / Toolmaking background, tool making using different Manual Machining processes, and understand engineering processes and can read drawings we would like to hear from you.

If you have Manual Turner / Turning experience or come from a Toolmaker / Toolmaking background, tool making using different Manual Machining processes, and understand engineering processes and can read drawings we would like to hear from you.
Duties:
- Manufacturing low volume, high precision machined parts and components to tight tolerances.
- Working from engineering drawings using manual or CNC gun drilling machines.
Skills & Attributes:
- Manual Turning, Toolmaking or experience of gun drilling, either Manual or CNC.
- It is essential that you have worked within a machine shop environment with knowledge of the manual machining techniques and processes.
- Familiar with Fanuc CNC controls would be an advantage.
- Experienced in using gauging and measurement equipment required for verification including Micrometres.
- Have a hands-on, quality driven, positive, self-motivated manner to be able to hit the ground running.
Hours of Work:
- 40hrs per week
- 8.00am 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday & 2:30pm finish Friday
