Law firm in Wiltshire which is well-regarded for the work it does in Private Client law is seeking to recruit a Contentious Trusts and Probate lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team advises on the full range of issues that can arise in relation to an estate or trust, from one-off questions to fully contested litigation involving multi-million pound estates. Their work includes: • challenges to the validity of a will • Inheritance Act claims • proprietary estoppel claims • landed estates • claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts • and, international issues.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious litigator to join this growing team. The role will involve the complete spectrum of contentious trust and probate work for private clients and charities with opportunities to specialise over time. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and learning from recognised experts. Candidates will ideally have a strong litigation background ideally with some contentious trust and/or probate experience. You will also have undertaken or be willing to undertake the ACTAPS Course.
